Taking Benefit of Power availability with Demand Control, result in Good Production

Load Management system supplied by M/s Crystal Controls Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad in 2017 is working very well and we are taking benefit of power availability as well as demand control of grid power , this is result into good production. We have total 5 EMS-SCADA as well as 15 HMI systems for monitoring and analysis of electrical parameters of whole plant with more than 50 energy meter connection.

Service is Very Prompt and System is Working very Efficiently

System in controlling total 12 Induction Furnaces with 30MW, 30MW & 25MW, total 3 CPP synchronized with grid. We are taking benefit power control as per generation and getting maximum utilization power which is help to make optimum use of energy with production benefit. Crystal Control’s Service is very prompt and system is working very efficiently.

Made good Saving after TDU Installation

We installed 3 TG synchronized with 132 KV grid and having 5 induction furnaces with rolling mill & Ferro Furnaces.We have taken benefit of both import & export control. System is working well and we made good saving after TDU installation

Product is Useful and User friendly

The Load Manager i.e. TDU supplied by M/s Crystal Controls has optimized the energy Utilization and as a result there is marked improvement in plant Load Factor. The Product is useful and user friendly

System is worth for integrated steel plant

In Our Plant CPP-10 MW is synchronized with 33 KV grid -15 MVA with 4 Induction furnaces & Rolling mill – other plant auxiliaries. We are happy to say that power management system –TDU installed in our plant is running well and system is worth for integrated steel plant.

We got the benefit to control and utilize import sanction demand of electricity board.After installation of TDU system we are utilizing power more in our foundry operations and machine shop.
